Meet Joyful Hearts Preschool
Director & Lead Teacher:
Robin Nash
Robin Nash comes to Joyful Hearts Preschool with many years of
experience in Early Childhood Education. She is trained in NAYEC
(National Association for the Education of Young Childr en)
standards. Robin worked with young children and their families for
nine years at KinderCare (formerly Children's Learning World); in both
teaching and administrative functions; culminating with her role as
Assistant Director.
Robin has
very deep convictions around the anti-bias approach to education; having
lived these values all of her life. She has dedicated her
life to ensuring a high-quality education experience for young children
from all backgrounds. Robin has a true passion for working with
children in the classroom. Her role has, therefore, been
structured as a part-time Preschool Director and part-time Lead Teacher.
Above all, Robin’s mission is to share God’s love with little people.
She looks forward to
engaging in a rich experience with local children and their families!
Meet Joyful
Hearts Preschool Teacher:
Dawn Ayers
Dawn Ayers has been teaching at Joyful Hearts
Preschool since March 2008. She has always loved working with
young children and has completed the S.T.A.R.S early childhood training
sponsored by the State of Washington Dept. of Early Learning.
In addition to her formal training, Dawn and her
husband have learned many things about children by raising their twins!
Joyful Hearts Preschool is delighted that Dawn
Ayers is involved with the children of our preschool and their families!
And the children just LOVE "Miss Dawn!"
Meet Joyful Hearts Preschool Teacher:
Crystal Allain
Crystal Allain is
Joyful Hearts Preschool's newest assistant teacher! Crystal comes
to us with over ten years of Early Childhood teaching experience.
Previously, she had a dual position, working as both an after-school and
preschool lead teacher. Although she has worked with a multitude of ages
she has a true passion for preschool children and holds an Early
Childhood Certificate. She is also a devoted mother of three children
ages; 3, 8, and 12.
We welcome "Miss Dawn" to Joyful Hearts Preschool!
